Since the firm's founding in 1990, AdMedia has provided financial advisory services to the non-broadcast media and publishing industries.
The firm represents sectors including consumer magazines, business-to-business publications, professional publications, information publishing, newspapers, database and directory publishing, exhibitions and trade shows, and interactive media. While most of AdMedia's work is with privately-held companies, the firm also assists large public companies with divestitures and portfolio management. Services provided include strategic and financial advice, mergers and acquisitions (representing buyers or sellers), and valuations.
