May 2006

August 2005

Editorial Medcom S.A. de C.V., and its wholly owned subsidiary, Grupo Editorial Expansión, were acquired by Time Inc.

July 2005

Gruner + Jahr USA Publishing has sold Fast Company and Inc. to Mansueto Ventures L.L.C., an entity formed by Joe Mansueto.
