Richard C. Yancey was with Dillon, Read & Co., Inc. from 1952 through 1992. During that 40-year period, he served as a senior officer and managing director in the firm's corporate finance department.

Mr. Yancey was active in providing financing and financial advice to many leading corporations in the U.S. and overseas, including Japan. He is one of Wall Street's most respected financial advisors in the traditional sense of the term - a confidant with integrity, breadth of vision and focus on client needs. He has also served as an expert financial witness on several occasions.

He is a former director of WM Group of mutual funds in Spokane, Washington, The Czech and Slovak American Enterprise Fund, Whittle Communications, L.P., Seaman's Bank for Savings and Bankers Security Life Insurance Company, Inc., CapMAC Holdings, Inc., and Fiberite, Inc.

Mr. Yancey graduated from Whitman College with a BA in Economics and holds an MBA with Distinction from the Harvard Business School.
