Gregory C. Smith joined AdMedia Partners in May 1997. Previously, he was a managing director and head of the Media and Technology group at Dean Witter's investment banking division, responsible for all technology, communications and media business. Mr. Smith spent 10 years with Dean Witter. Prior to that he worked for seven years in technology investment banking at E. F. Hutton and at Dillon, Read & Co., Inc.

During his 29-year investment banking career, Mr. Smith has completed more than 50 equity public offerings and 150 merger and acquisition transactions for media and technology companies. Clients and transactions have included ADTRAN, aQuantive, Arnold Communications, AT&T, Bell South, Bozell, Bridge Worldwide, Brulant, Cannondale Associates, CKS Group, COMPAQ Computer, CompuWare, Consolidated Graphics, Creative Domain, Cunningham Communications, Epsilon, Federalist Group, Frankel, Glover Park Group, Graphic Industries, Hacker Direct, IBM, Interpublic Group, Kern, MAN Roland, Manhattan Research, Media Storm, Medialink, Medical Broadcasting, Meridian Consulting, Mobile Communications Corp. of America, Netcom On-Line, Noonan/Russo, Quinn Gillespie, Poppe Tyson, and Software Spectrum.

Mr. Smith holds a B.A. with honors from Williams College and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University.
