Andy Schoder
Managing Director
Andy Schoder joined AdMedia Partners in 2006 with over twenty years of financial advisory, capital markets, strategy and operating experience.

Mr. Schoder was previously a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley where he served as Head of the Strategic Planning Group of Morgan Stanley and, prior to the merger between the two firms, as Head of Planning for Dean Witter. He worked on a broad array of strategic initiatives, acquisitions, divestitures, and investments in technology-related businesses. Selected assignments include transactions involving Lombard Institutional Brokerage (the forerunner of Discover Brokerage Direct and Morgan Stanley Online), SPS Transaction Services, International Securities Exchange, Measurisk and ConvertBond.com.

Subsequently, he served as Head of the Capital Markets Products and Services Group for Morgan Stanley's individual investor business.

He started his career with Dean Witter where he spent 12 years in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group and in Corporate Finance. In his career, Mr. Schoder has worked on over 100 transactions totaling $20 billion in value.

Mr. Schoder holds an AB in history from Dartmouth College and an MBA in finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
